There are so many wonderful NEW items in the shop that I seriously can not keep up! My “to sew” stack in the back of the shop, which is completely driven by inspiration, is piled high & slowly but surely I am making a dent in it. I am definitely in the midst of a creative explosion!
Out of the stacks this week is the Ink & Spindle shoulder bag kit. If you have seen Ink & Spindle prints at the shop & have wondered what to do with it, the shoulder bag is a lovely way to show off this fabulous fabric. I am loving orange right now so I chose the Acacia print in persimmon but it was a hard decision since there are so many prints to choose from. The kit comes with everything you need, including the strap, snap, lining fabric & instructions. There is even extra fabric for a pocket if you want to add one in. For some reason I was intimidated by the strap but silly me–it was super easy & the whole bag was sewn up in one quick sitting.
Just in time for the weekend!
