Urban Habitat

I have had my eye on Jay McCarroll’s Habitat collection since it arrived a few months ago. Among my favorite prints is the Birch in the blue colorway. It’s a bit edgy for me given that I am usually attracted to flowers and “sweeter” prints if you will, but that’s what I love so much about it.  After my last Honey Girl Dress class I found myself so inspired by my students frocks that I decided to sew one up for myself. I think it was a goot choice for the fabric and have already worn my new dress twice this week!
