We had a fabulous time on Monday celebrating our 2nd anniversary at nido & hosting Kelly Wilkinson for a demonstration and signing of her new book Weekend Handmade. A big thank you to all who stopped up.
On Monday, October 17th Kelly Wilkinson, the author of the book Weekend Handmade is coming to nido! Kelly will be stopping by the shop to sign copies of her fabulous new book and will be treating us to a demonstration of one of the beautiful projects from the book: pressed flower luminarias. Kelly arrives at 5 p.m and her demonstration begins at 5:30. She’ll be staying until 7 p.m. to sign books and visit with our wonderful customers and we’ll make sure to have plenty of copies of Weekend Handmade available in the shop so that you can purchase a book and get Kelly’s autograph that evening.
Kelly’s visit comes just in time for another special event at nido- it also happens to be our two year anniversary! We couldn’t be happier about reaching this milestone and are planning to celebrate in style. There will be cupcakes from My Little Cupcake, sparkly soda from Dry Soda, coffee and good company. We’ll also be having a fantastic sale on Monday evening. Everything in the store will be 20% off between the hours of 4 and 7 p.m.! Monday at nido is not to be missed and we hope to see you there!
