We are going to need another day to figure her out!
nido will be closed today, Friday February 17th and will re-open Saturday February 18th at 10:00.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Had a really fantastic Valentine’s Day this year. Not only did I actually make these whoopie pies, I got to have lunch with both of my sweethearts, a bouquet of flowers were unexpectedly given to me by Eric AND a hidden Valentine for nido was found on our bookshelf. Feelin’ the LOVE this year!

A big thank you to who ever nido’s secret Valentine was. Now back to updating our system. See you all on Friday.
And a friendly reminder that nido will be closing today at 2:00 and will not be re-opening until Friday at 10:00. Enjoy your heart filled day!

We will be running a store-wide inventory and installing a point of sales system this week at nido and will be closing Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and not reopening until Friday at 10:00 am. Please stop in during our regular business hours on Monday to pick up any tidbits for your Valentine’s Day projects or pop in early on Tuesday.

Aubry & Rochelle made sweet Valentine’s Day themed fat quarter bundles for all of your last minuted crafting needs. Use them to cut and sew a string of hearts together to decorate your home, make Valentine’s Day cards for your child’s classmates or even to sew mail pouches and pillows. The possibilities are endless!

Our newest addition to nido is the truly unique Knit Collage yarn:
“Knit Collage yarns are vibrant handspun creations that reflect our curious and optimistic approach to the world. Bits of ribbons, sequins, flower appliques, and anything that strikes our fancy are spun together with brightly colored wool, mohair and sparkling Angelina fibers.” Amy Small Creative Director of Knit Collage
Knit Collage yarn is not the only new yarn nido has in right now either! Stop in, say hello, check out our continuously growing inventory and jump start your next creative project!
Hi there,
Rochelle (aka nido newbie) here with a fun little face lift you may have noticed in the shop!

Before the makeover, our little chair featured a natural linen seat and high gloss black paint. It’s pretty, but Phiona thought it could use a classy punch…

We kept the black, but went for a matte finish instead of high gloss.

Due to our lack of industrial stapler, we had to get resourceful and bust out the hot glue gun. Not ideal, (unless you’re willing to make a hot mess) but it got the job done!

Beautiful! The new featured fabric is organic hemp, hand screened in Australia by designer Pippijoe. The entire project cost around $40 dollars and can be completed in a day. What a difference! Many customers have already admired the new look, and I have to say I admire it as well. …though I may have a bit of a biased opinion.
Thanks for taking a look!
Rochelle
